How to: Change the page layout for printing.
Solution:
Click 'Start', select 'Settings', and select 'Printers'. Right-click the appropriate printer icon, and select 'Properties'. Click the 'Paper' tab and make the desired setup changes.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'. (The 'Printers' window appears.)

3) Right-click the appropriate printer icon. (A pop-up menu appears.)
4) Click 'Properties'. (The '<printer> Properties' dialog box appears, where <printer> is the name of the selected printer.)
NOTE: The following steps refer to a specific type of printer. Steps may vary depending on the printer currently selected.
5) Click the 'Paper' tab. (The 'Paper' tabbed page appears.)
NOTE: If the 'Paper' tab is not present in the dialog box, click the 'Details' tab and click 'Setup...', or consult the printer manual for the proper procedure.

6) Do one of the following to select the page orientation:
7) (Optional) Select a paper size from the 'Paper size' list box.
8) (Optional) Setup the unprintable area:
a) Click 'Unprintable Area...'. (The 'Unprintable Area' dialog box appears.)
b) Do one of the following in the 'Units' group to set the units of measurement:

1] Select the '0.001 inches' radio button to set the measurement to inches.
2] Select the '0.01 millimeters' radio button to set the measurement to millimeters.
c) Set the margins:
1] In the 'Left' list box, type the desired left margin width.
2] In the 'Right' list box, type the desired right margin width.
3] In the 'Top' list box, type the desired top margin height.
4] In the 'Bottom' list box, type the desired bottom margin height.
NOTE: The margins can be set lower than the default settings, but the printer may not be able to print beyond the default settings due to physical design.
d) Click 'OK'.
9) Click 'OK' to close the '<printer> Properties' dialog box (where <printer> is the name of the selected printer).
10) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to exit the 'Printers' window.
